3.1 Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, colors and details may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our jewelry. All prices are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT.

3.2 Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged at the time of purchase will be honored for your order.

3.3 Availability: All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

4.1 Order Process: When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Payment: We accept payment through Stripe. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected].

5.1 Shipping: We ship to addresses within Sweden and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.2 Risk and Ownership: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

5.3 Customs and Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6.1 Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

6.2 Return Process: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to [email protected]. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

6.3 Refunds: We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned products or receiving proof that you have sent the products back. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6.4 Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A+R Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
